In order for an item to be eligible for an exchange or refund, the product

• Must be returned in its original condition (unopened, unused, and [if applicable] with original tags attached).

• Return/exchange must be initiated within 30 days of order fulfillment, and returned to our facility within another 28 days after your return/exchange is created.

Items that may not be eligible for returns or exchanges include giveaway or promotional items, or items marked as "Final Sale".

All packages are reviewed and inspected upon return. Your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days of your package arriving. During our busier seasons this can take up to 1 week. 

To initiate a return/exchange, contact us. Please note we charge a $7.49 restocking fee for product returns and exchanges to help cover the handling cost associated with restocking the item back into our inventory, as well as recoup a portion of the provided return label. This restocking fee will not be charged on any returns that are due to defective product, wrong items, or missing parts.
