Shipping

Our goal at Oicha is to get the product to you as quickly as we can. We do our best to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. 

Most orders placed before 11AM PST on any given business day will ship out that same day. All orders are shipped from within the US. 

Please keep in mind:

  • We do not ship on weekends.
  • All orders placed after 11 AM PST on Fridays will not ship until the following Monday. If the following Monday is a holiday then the order will not ship until Tuesday.
  • Order fulfillment/shipping times may increase during the holidays; see below for any current delays.

For all domestic orders, we offer various shipping options from USPS and UPS, including: USPS Priority, UPS Ground, and expedited UPS methods (2nd-Day Air, Next-Day Air).

If you are shopping in the United States, enjoy FREE USPS SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS $50+.

For all orders placed on our website for delivery to international locations, the shipping cost varies with each shipping destination and shipping method. Duties, taxes, and other fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of delivery and are non-refundable. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and Oicha will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees.
